Red Chard

So in our weekly box we had a bunch of chard. I have, before now, never eaten or cooked it so I was at a bit of a loss on what I would do with it. I did a little searching and found a fairly simple and great tasting recipe. You can find the original here.I was quite surprised by how it turned out, how easy it was to cook, and it made a wonderful start to our dinner.

Below I have some pictures of how mine turned out. If you've got some red chard around (or next time you're in the grocery store) I would definitely recommend trying it out.
