The News
Okay so the past few weeks, and couple of months seem like a blur but we've made it. Life has thrown us a lot and we look back happily. We were in Vancouver over Christmas, and then I had a very exhausting, sick, and what felt like the longest January EVER! February started turning up and there seemed to be a light at the end of the tunnel. We've been stretched in different directions, all for the good of the outcome, so good in the end, and well one thing got me through it all. There is an end. It comes around September 14th.
The end does leave a new beginning so that's also very exciting. Have you figured it out yet?
Yes, yes, yes....we are pregnant!!!
January Pete was away most of it, and I spent my days sick, and ridiculously exhausted laying on the couch, just doing the bare minimum, and let me tell you it was the bare minimum - my house was unrecognisable, my child left to play on his own, or in PJ's all day as we lazed around, and I 'survived' the early weeks. Take out or ordering in was my BEST friend through most of it. Buy dinner and have lunch for the next day too. :)
Maybe it was a good thing Pete was away because I was not a very good home maker. The house was in intense disarray when he did get home and I think it may have been a little overwhelming. :) That's life though and it has improved considerably at least as my energy levels have improved and I am reaching the hopefully better time of the pregnancy.
Well, there's some news for you all.
Thanks for reading along.
